PRESCHOOLERS

Preschoolers love to learn new information and master new
tasks. Our program is designed to facilitate this learning
through many self-directed experiences. Throughout the day
children have opportunities to explore the learning centers
within their classrooms. Children benefit greatly from having
                                         clearly defined interest areas
                                         that are arranged to promote
                                         independence, foster decision-
                                          making and encourage hands-
                                         on learning. Each learning
                                         center enhances the child core
                                         component of development:
                                         socio-emotional, language,
                                         cognitive, physical, and Aesthetic.
The curriculum enhances the learning centers through a
thematic approach. Each child develops at their own pace and
we encourage communication between staff members and
parents on the progress of their child. Daily reports or weekly
newsletters from the classroom teachers update parents on
activities, future class projects and field trips.

Hot meals and nutritional
snacks are provided on a
daily basis and weekly
menus are available in the
front lobby.

We ask each child to come
to school with a change of
clothes to keep in their cubby box and remind them that
personal toys should be limited to "show and tell" days only.

A child takes in more information between the ages of one to
six years than they do the remainder of their life. Kids 'R' Kids
wants to be a part of that development by offering an
education that will help mold today's children into tomorrow's
leaders.
